Shipping Info

Ordering and Shipping Gadget Circuit accepts all major credit cards, Paypal and bank wire transfers. We also welcome Purchase Orders from Government Agencies, Schools and major corporations.
 
All orders are subject to our verification process. We may contact you via telephone or email in order to request additional information. When entering your shipping information, please be sure to provide your exact billing information and billing phone number. These should match the information that your credit card’s issuing bank has for you on file.
 
Adding an alternate shipping address may delay your package. If you are to do so, please call your credit card’s issuing bank (the number is on the back of your card), and inform them to add a temporary shipping address to your account. This is temporary and will be eligible for about 7-10 days.
 
If paying by PayPal, we can only ship to the address that PayPal confirms and approves as your shipping address. If we receive an ineligible payment from you via PayPal, we will refund it immediately, and contact you via email.
 
We currently cannot accept international credit cards which are issued outside the United States. We will accept PayPal for international customers, as long as PayPal confirms and approves your address for insured shipment.
 
We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. We may pre-authorize the amount on your card for the purposes of verification and confirmation of funds. This is not a charge. If you cancel before it ships, the pre-authorization will “fall off” in 2-3 business days.
 

In order to prevent fraud and to protect our customers identity,  sellers are restricted from making address changes, this includes holding a shipment for pick up a the hub. It is also a requirement of sellers to have a signature required on packages over certain value.

Other Policies

Pricing is subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of the electronics industry, we cannot offer price protection credits once the item has been purchased. Please be aware that prices both rise and lower due to fluctuations, and we are offering you the best price we can at the time.
 
We are not responsible for pricing errors on our site. We are not responsible for incorrect product descriptions and specifications. gadgetcircuit.com does its best to ensure that all information is accurate, but there are instances where items can be listed incorrectly. If you see an error on a product specification, please contact us and we will correct it.
 
Gadget Circuit collects sales tax on orders shipping to the state of New Jersey.
 
Customers who have their orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties, taxes and shipper brokerage fees.

Returns

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your transaction. Most merchandise purchased from Gadget Circuit may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of receipt (please refer to final sale product list below). In order to arrange a return/exchange, please contact us via phone 1-866-897-0563 or email us customercare@GadgetCircuit.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
 
If you are sending your product in for a refund/exchange, please make sure you repack the product carefully, including all original box materials, inserts, manuals, cables and unfilled warranty and rebate cards.
 
UPC codes and serial numbers must be intact or the return will be automatically refused.
 
Place the factory box into a separate shipping box, and include the RMA number underneath the return address. Please do not affix shipping labels or write on the manufacturer’s package.
 
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at time of purchase 3-7 days after merchandise is received and inspected.
 
We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee between 5% and 15% based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
 
We can exchange defective items within 7 days of receipt without any restocking fee. After 7 days, please use the applicable warranty to inquire about repair.
 
Please ship returns back to us with insured ground delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
 
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Drones: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept USED item(s) for return. Any damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
 
Final Sale Products: The following items cannot be returned: Appliances, Health and Beauty products, Software, Printers, Televisions, IPods, Projectors, A/V Receivers, Cellular phones, underwater equipment, consumable items, computers, Grills, and Special Order Items. (These products are covered by manufacturer warranty in case of defect).
